Including the \u201cScan List\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"PBIDaily\">MRC Architectural Number Reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you will see the reporting for a particular Architectural Number for the period of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This combines the multi-day selection process with the entry of a Scan ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To update the report, perform the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click in the field next to the \u201cStart\u201d and select a new date from the calendar pop-up, or typing the new date in manually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click in the field next to the \u201cEnd\u201d and select a new date from the calendar pop-up, or typing the new date in manually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the \u201cScan ID\u201d field, enter the number of the Architectural Number that you like to report on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cUpdate Report\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-218.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-218.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-999\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-219.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-219.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1000\" style=\"width:299px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Notice, too, that when hovering your mouse, or clicking the field brings up a tooltip to help explain the purpose of the field. This is present in most locations around the system and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Various reports will include a daily view within MRC. Below are a couple of the charts that you will come across when looking at reports that include the daily, aggregated, view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 59%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>The first chart is the &#8220;Daily Scans&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the number scans done by day for the period of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovering over a datapoint will bring up the quantity of &#8220;Scans&#8221; for that date.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-220.png\" alt=\"mrc-nonpbi-daily-scans\" class=\"wp-image-1004 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 60%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>The next chart we will explore is the &#8220;Daily Tasks: Sat vs UnSat&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This chart shows the daily Tasks that were completed for &#8220;Sat&#8221;, or Satisfactory, shown in Green, and &#8220;UnSat&#8221;, or Unsatisfactory, shown in Red.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-221.png\" alt=\"mrc-nonpbi-daily-tasks\" class=\"wp-image-1005 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, hovering over the datapoint will display the details of the information represented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:58% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-222.png\" alt=\"mrc-nonpbi-daily-tasks-unsat-only\" class=\"wp-image-1006 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Also, represented in the chart is the Legend showing what each color represents. Try clicking &#8220;Sat&#8221; or &#8220;UnSat&#8221; to see the chart filtered.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that this is a feature across any report that includes a Legend.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-208.png\" alt=\"nonpbi-sat-unsat-filtered\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><sub>1003<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:28% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-213.png\" alt=\"mrc-nonpbi-top-10-users-bar\" class=\"wp-image-972 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Top 10 is a pretty common part of reporting to help surface information of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we are looking at the &#8220;Top 10 Users&#8221; bar chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This represents the Users who have completed the most Scans for the period of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovering over the bar chart will display the User and the exact number of Scans they completed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><sub>971<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-214.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-214-1024x298.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-976\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The area labeled &#8220;MRC Records for&#8230;&#8221; followed by a single date, or a date range, displays the aggregate information for each Scan completed for the period of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a definition of each of the fields, or columns, that appear in this table of information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scan ID &#8211; When an item is created within the system it is given a unique number. That is what the scan id is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zone &#8211; Multiple areas, or Architectural Numbers, can be assigned to a Zone. Click the Zone to see a report showing the Architectural Numbers and Areas within that Zone and performance over a period of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Architectural # &#8211; Click the Architectural Number to see a report for that area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sat &#8211; The number of Tasks or Checks for an area that were marked &#8216;Sat&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UnSat &#8211; The number of Tasks or Checks for an area that were marked &#8216;UnSat&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image &#8211; Was an image attached by the user? If so, the kind of image will be displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check By &#8211; This is who did the check. Click the value to see a report for that user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timestamp &#8211; This is the last time this item was checked. Click the date to see the activity on that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Action &#8211; Click &#8216;View&#8217; to see the entries for the scan, including the image, if attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a tip for using this table, and numerous other tables, within the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try hovering your mouse over the question mark icon,&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-145.png\" alt=\"bootstrap-information-help\">.
