The Standard Tasks List in eQA allows the user to quickly see the number of Employees assigned and jump into the process of editing Standard Tasks and Titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below we will deep dive into the various features and functionality possible from the Standard Tasks List page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can access this page from the navigation bar by expanding the \u201ceQA \u2013 Admin\u201d menu, then click \u201cStandard Tasks List\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard User accounts do not have access to the Standard Tasks List. If you do not see \u201cStandard Tasks List\u201d, and believe that you should, please let us know. We will work with your company contact to ensure appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The \u201ceQA Standard Tasks List\u201d is a list of all the active \u201cStandard Tasks\u201d that are available in the electronic Quality Assurance system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fields available are:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Standard Title \u2013 The title given to the set of Checks, or tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tasks \u2013 This is a count of the Checks, or tasks, that are assigned to the Standard Title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Employees \u2013 The number of employees assigned to the Standard Title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Actions \u2013 Click \u2018Edit\u2019 to change the tasks, or checks, for an item, add notes or change the Standard Title.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
