If you do not see \u201cEmployee List\u201d, and believe that you should, please let us know. We will work with your company contact to ensure appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-192.png\" alt=\"eqa-scan-list\" class=\"wp-image-921 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-199.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-199-1024x243.png\" alt=\"eqa-employee-list\" class=\"wp-image-938\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201ceQA Employees List\u201d is a list of all the active \u201cEmployees\u201d, or QA\u2019s, that have been loaded into the electronic Quality Assurance system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The fields available are:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee \u2013 The name and ID of the employee that is being QA\u2019d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title \u2013 The Standard Title of the employee being QA\u2019d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tasks \u2013 This is a count of the Checks, or tasks, that are to be done for the QA\u2019d employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manager \u2013 An Employee can be assigned to a specific Manager, or user, shown here. Click the name, or ID, in this column to see a report for that user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Director \u2013 This is the name and ID of the Director that the Employees Manager reports to. Click the nanme, or ID, in this column to see a report for that user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timestamp \u2013 This is the last time this QA was completed. Click the date to see the activity on that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actions \u2013 Click \u2018Edit\u2019 to change the tasks, or checks, for an item, add notes or change the assignment.
