After the QA\u2019s, or Employees, have been loaded into the system, the barcodes\/QR codes are ready to be printed, placed on employee badges, or pasted onto employee forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the barcodes, also known as QR Codes, are in place they are ready for scanning and reporting. Many devices include a barcode scanner on the camera, but if not, any \u201cBarcode\u201d or \u201cQR Code\u201d reader app will work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard User accounts do not have access to Export Scans. If you do not see \u201cExport Employees\u201d, and believe that you should, please let us know. We will work with your company contact to ensure appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the navigation bar, expand the menu, then click \u201cExport Employees\u201d to load the eQA Scans List.<\/p>\n<\/div>

How to Export QA\u2019s \u2013 Print Full Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. From the navigation bar, expand the menu and click \u201cExport Employees\u201d\n
      \n
    • There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Employees\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export\u201d button there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the \u201cBrowser Print\u201d option next to \u201cPrint Options\u201d\n
        \n
      • When printing from Chrome it may be necessary to expand \u2018More Settings\u2019 then check the box under Options for \u201cBackground Graphics\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A full page of the QA\u2019s to print will open, click the button \"print-page-button\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select your printer and click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once printed, cut each code out and place them in the applicable location<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Note:<\/strong> By default, the most recent 20 QA\u2019s loaded into the system will display\n

        • You can show more by clicking the \u201cShow 100\u2026\u201d to show the most recent 100 Scans, 200 for the most recent 200, and so on. The follow the steps above to print.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          How to Export QA\u2019s \u2013 Download, and\/or Print, a PDF File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. From the navigation bar, expand the menu and click \u201cExport Employees\u201d\n

            • There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Employees\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export\u201d button there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click the \u201cPDF Print or Download\u201d option next to \u201cPrint Options\u201d\n
                \n
              • Please note that the PDF option is available for 50, or less, QA\u2019s due to the time it takes for the file to be created<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • A new page that contains the PDF will open<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Print is available from the icon \"print-icon\"\n
                  \n
                • If \u201cPrint\u201d is selected, you will want to select your printer then click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Download is available from the icon \"download-icon\"\n
                    \n
                  • If \u201cDownload\u201d is selected, you will want to name your file and choose the applicable location on your computer to save it for printing later<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Once printed, cut each code out and place them in the applicable location<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                      How to Export QA\u2019s \u2013 Using a Word Processor (such as Word)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      1. From the navigation bar, expand the menu and click \u201cExport Employees\u201d\n
                          \n
                        • There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Employees\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export\u201d button there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Highlight the codes on the page by clicking your mouse above the first one that you want to print. Then drag, while holding down your mouse button, down to the last code that you want to print.\n
                            \n
                          • In this example, I would be selecting the first three QA\u2019s only, but this can work for any number of QA\u2019s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                          • Copy the codes to your clipboard\n

                            • Right-click your mouse in the highlighted area and choose \u201cCopy\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Open a blank Word, or other Word Processing program, and paste in the contents from your clipboard
                              • Press the keys \u201cctrl\u201d and \u201cv\u201d on your keyboard to copy<\/li><\/ul>\n

                                • Press the keys \u201ccontrol\u201d and \u201cv\u201d on your keyboard to copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                                      How to Export QA\u2019s \u2013 Attach to Employee Assessment Document<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                                        \n
                                      1. From the navigation bar, expand the menu and click \u201cExport Employees\u201d\n
                                          \n
                                        • There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Employees\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export\u201d button there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                        • There are two ways to accomplish this\n
                                            \n
                                          1. Right-click on the code, then select \u201cCopy\u201d, or \u201cCopy Image\u201d\n
                                              \n

                                            • Similar to the \u201cUsing Word Processor\u201d section, however, highlight only one code and name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                            • Open the Employee Assessment document, and paste in the code that you copied to your clipboard
                                              • Press the keys \u201cctrl\u201d and \u201cv\u201d on your keyboard to copy<\/li><\/ul>\n

                                                • Press the keys \u201ccontrol\u201d and \u201cv\u201d on your keyboard to copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                • Right-click your mouse in the highlighted area and choose \u201cPaste\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                • Print from the Employee Assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                                • Once printed, you can scan the code to conduct the assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
