Many devices include a barcode scanner on the camera, but if not, any \u201cBarcode\u201d or \u201cQR Code\u201d reader app will work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard User accounts do not have access to Export Scans. If you do not see \u201cExport Scans\u201d, and believe that you should, please let us know. We will work with your company contact to ensure appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the navigation bar, expand the menu, then click \u201cExport Scans\u201d to load the MRC Scans List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will detail both options below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Export Scans \u2013 Print Full Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the navigation bar, expand the menu and click \u201cExport Scans\u201d\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Scans\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export\u201d button there<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u201cBrowser Print\u201d&nbsp;option next to \u201cPrint Options\u201d\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When printing from Chrome it may be necessary to expand \u2018More Settings\u2019 then check the box under Options for \u201cBackground Graphics\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A full page of the scans to print will open, click the button&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"157\" height=\"44\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-20.png\" alt=\"print page button\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your printer and click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once printed, cut each code out and place them in the applicable location, or area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;By default, the most recent 20 Scans loaded into the system will display\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can show more by clicking the \u201cShow 100\u2026\u201d to show the most recent 100 Scans, 200 for the most recent 200, and so on.
