Power BI Dashboards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The first Dashboard that you are presented with after logging in to DHC Systems uses Power BI. This Dashboard gives you a top level view for the day, as well as Sat and UnSat Tasks for the last 15 days. MRC appears on the page first, followed by eQA below that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also access this initial Dashboard any time after logging in by clicking \u201cDashboard\u201d in the navigation bar: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, we will go through each section of the Dashboard for MRC. We will start from the top left, work our way right, then down, to the right, and down to the larger chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The top left visual is the \u201cScans Today\u201d chart. Here you should see an hour-by-hour count of the total scans conducted.<\/p>\n<\/div> You can hover over any datapoint to see the actual value.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n You can also hover your mouse over the upper right corner to reveal \u201cFocus mode\u201d. Clicking this will open the chart in a larger view.<\/p>\n<\/div> The upper right consists of six tiles. The first show a count of \u201cScans Today\u201d which displays the number of scans that were conducted.<\/p>\n<\/div> Next to the Scans is \u201cTasks Today\u201d which provides the number of Tasks completed for the day. Remember a Scan can have up to 25 Tasks associated with it.<\/p>\n<\/div> The last tile of the row is the number of \u201cImages\u201d that have been uploaded for the day. Each scan that is submitted into the system has the opportunity to have an image attached.<\/p>\n<\/div> Below the \u201cScans Today\u201d tile you will see \u201cSat Today\u201d This is a count of the \u201cSat\u201d, or Satisfactory, Tasks that were completed for the day. Adding \u201cSat Today\u201d and \u201cUnSat Today\u201d will equal the value in the \u201cTasks Today\u201d tile.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After the Sat Tasks count you will find the \u201cUnSat Today\u201d count. This is the number of \u201cUnSat\u201d or Unsatisfactory Tasks for the day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The last tile in this section is the \u201cFast\u201d Scans that were flagged for the day. Please refer to the \u201cTerminology\u201d article for any definitions that are unfamiliar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The large chart in the second row is the \u201cTasks Today\u201d record. Here you will see the number of tasks conducted throughout the day. Green represents \u201cSat Tasks\u201d and Red represents \u201cUnSat Tasks\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n You will also notice that hovering over a data point provides additional detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Moving to the right from the \u201cTasks Today\u201d chart you will see \u201cScans by User Last 15 Days\u201d. This will provide a breakdown of the total number of Scans conducted by each person within your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Try clicking the bar above a User.<\/strong> It will filter the \u201cScans Today\u201d, \u201cTasks Today\u201d, and \u201cLast 15 Days Task Sat vs UnSat\u201d for the selected User.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The next tile is \u201cFast Scans by User Today\u201d. As indicated in the title of the chart, it is the \u201cFast Scans\u201d that were flagged in the system for the day, by User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similar to the previous tile, try clicking the bar above the User<\/strong> to filter some of the other charts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The final chart on the main Dashboard is the \u201cLast 15 Days Task Sat vs UnSat\u201d. As the title implies, it is the activity of Tasks over the last 15 days. Hovering over any of the data points reveals the details of the Sat and UnSat, including the date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n BootStrap and JavaScript Dashboards bring some different strengths from the Power BI Dashboards, however, there are some tradeoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below we will describe each of the types of visuals, and the functionality, you will find within these types of Dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the larger charts you come across in MRC will show you \u201cHourly Usage\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similar to the Power BI reports, hovering over a datapoint will bring up additional detail of the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below the chart, you can also see a brief description that summarizes the activity for the day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n As referenced in the \u201cHelp and Support\u201d article, hovering your mouse over the \u201c?\u201d icon brings up a tooltip for the card.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The upper right consists of six cards.
