See an image and timestamp of the check. Monitor for \u201cUnSat\u201d checks to spot areas that need attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HWM is a great way to manage the hazardous waste checks happening around the facility. With images and timestamps, it offers a great paper trail and auditability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HWM Specific Terminology<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check:\u00a0<\/strong>A \u201cCheck\u201d occurs when the barcode, or qr code, is scanned. This is generally in a location in the facility where the hazardous waste check needs to take place. Areas such as Operating Rooms, Patient Rooms, or Labs would all be examples of \u201cCheck\u201ds. A \u201cCheck\u201d will almost always have more than one \u201cTask\u201d assigned to it. Each \u201cCheck\u201d can have up to 40 \u201cTask\u201ds assigned to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Task:\u00a0<\/strong>A \u201cTask\u201d is the item, or task, that is to be checked in the location. Essentially, the tasks are the checklist to be done during each check. For example, within a Patient Room, you may have a task for \u201cBio\u201d, another for \u201cSharps\u201d, and another for \u201cRestroom\u201d. A \u201cCheck\u201d can have up to 40 \u201cTask\u201ds assigned to it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zone:\u00a0<\/strong>The \u201cZone\u201d the area, or section, of the facility where the Check will occur. This reporting feature can be useful when grouping tasks and locations based on a wing of a hospital, for example.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>The Location is the name of the room, or area, where the check is to take place.
