The far right of the report navigation bar allows the user to \u201cChoose Zone(s):\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This allows for filtering the contents of the page to a specific Zone.<\/p>\n<\/div> The upper left chart is the \u201cLocation Checks Today\u201d and allows for the user to examine the number of checks performed by hour for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hovering over a datapoint will provide tooltip showing the details.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n You can also hover your mouse over the upper right corner to reveal \u201cFocus mode\u201d. Clicking this will open the chart in a larger view.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Like in the Dashboard, the upper right consists of five tiles. The first shows a count of \u201cLocation Checks\u201d which displays the number of checks that were conducted.<\/p>\n<\/div> Next to the Checks is \u201cTasks\u201d which provides the number of Tasks completed for the day. Remember a Check can have up to 40 Tasks associated with it.<\/p>\n<\/div> The last tile of the row is the number of \u201cImages\u201d that have been uploaded for the day. Each check that is submitted into the system has the opportunity to have media attached.<\/p>\n<\/div> Below the \u201cLocation Checks\u201d tile you will see \u201cSat Tasks\u201d. This is a count of the \u201cSat\u201d, or Satisfactory, Tasks that were completed for the day. Adding \u201cSat Tasks\u201d and \u201cUnSat Tasks\u201d will equal the value in the \u201cTasks\u201d tile.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After the Sat Tasks count you will find the \u201cUnSat Tasks\u201d count. This is the number of \u201cUnSat\u201d or Unsatisfactory Tasks for the day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The large chart in the second row is the \u201cHourly Tasks Sat vs UnSat\u201d records. Here you will see the number of tasks conducted throughout the day. Green represents \u201cSat Tasks\u201d and Red represents \u201cUnSat Tasks\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Moving to the right from the \u201cHourly Tasks\u2026\u201d chart you will see \u201cLocation Checks by User\u201d. This will provide a breakdown of the total number of Checks conducted by each person within your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Try clicking the bar for the User.<\/strong> It will filter the rest of the page for the selected User.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n The large table of information on the lower left side is the \u201cLocation Checks \u2013 Detail\u201d.
