After the Locations have been loaded into the system, they are ready to be printed and placed around the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the QR Codes, often referred to as barcodes, are in place they are ready for conducting assessments. Many devices include a QR Code scanner on the camera, but if not, any \u201cBarcode\u201d or \u201cQR Code\u201d reader app will work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the navigation bar, expand \u201cPVA \u2013 All\u201d, then click \u201cExport Locations\u201d to load the Location Codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below, we will detail loading the QR Code list, changing the number displayed and then either printing from the page, or downloading the QR Code list to print later.<\/p>\n<\/div>

How to Export Locations \u2013 Print Full Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the navigation bar, expand \u201cPVA \u2013 All\u201d, then click \u201cExport Locations\u201d\n

    • There is also a shortcut from the \u201cBulk Add Locations\u201d page, just click the \u201cBulk Export Process\u201d button there<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Click the \u201cBrowser Print\u201d option next to \u201cPrint Options\u201d\n

      • When printing from Chrome it may be necessary to expand \u2018More Settings\u2019 then check the box under Options for \u201cBackground Graphics\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • A full page of the scans to print will open, click the button \"print<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select your printer and click \u201cPrint\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Note:<\/strong> By default, the most recent 20 Locations loaded into the system will display\n

            How to Export Locations \u2013 Download, and\/or Print, a PDF File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  • Download is available from the icon \"download-icon\"\n

                    • If \u201cDownload\u201d is selected, you will want to name your file and choose the applicable location on your computer to save it for printing later<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Once printed, cut each code out and place them in the applicable location, or area<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                        How to Export Locations \u2013 Using a Word Processor (such as Word)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                          • Highlight the codes on the page by clicking your mouse above the first scan that you want to print. Then drag, while holding down your mouse button, down to the last scan that you want to print.\n

                            • In this example, I would be selecting the first three Locations only, but this can work for any number of Locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                              • Open a blank Word, or other Word Processing program, and paste in the contents from your clipboard\n
