Before you can use the \u201cBulk Add Locations\u201d or \u201cCreate\u201d a new Location using a standard set of questions, you must add a new Visit Type to the system. The Visit Type is a set of questions that will autofill when using the \u201cBulk Add Locations\u201d process or when using the \u201cType List\u201d to \u201cCreate\u201d a new Location. Both processes fill in the questions automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add 1 Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. You must first be signed into the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Expand the \u201cPVA \u2013 All\u201d menu\n
      \n
    • \"pva-all-navigation-menu\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click \u201cVisit Types\u201d then \u201cAdd 1 Type\u201d\n
        \n
      • \"pva-add-type\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter a \u201cType Name\u201d to help categorize the Locations, report on trends, and guide adjustments to staffing as patterns emerge.\n

        • Enter up to 15 Patient Visitor Questions\n

          • Enter up to 20 Discharge Room Questions\n
