The Location List in HWM is a good source of information and a great resource for jumping deeper into HWM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below we will deep dive into the various features and functionality possible from the Location List page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can access this page from the navigation bar by expanding the \u201cHWM \u2013 Admin\u201d menu, then click \u201cLocation List\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard User accounts do not have access to the Location List. If you do not see \u201cLocation List\u201d, and believe that you should, please let us know. We will work with your company contact to ensure appropriate permissions.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The \u201cHWM Location List\u201d is a list of all the active \u201cLocations\u201d that have been loaded into the Hazardous Waste Management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fields available are:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • ID \u2013 When a Location is created within the system it is given a unique number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Zone \u2013 Multiple locations, or areas, can be assigned to a Zone. Click the Zone to see a report showing the Locations within that Zone and performance over a period of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Location \u2013 The Location name given to the location, room, or area that is to be checked for hazardous waste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tasks \u2013 This is a count of the Tasks, or checks, that are to be done in the Location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assigned To \u2013 A Location can be assigned to a specific user, shown here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Timestamp \u2013 This is the last time this Location was checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Actions \u2013 Click ‘Edit’ to change the tasks, or checks, for a Location, add notes or change the assignment. Click ‘Delete’ to delete the Location from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    HWM Location List Tips and Tricks<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Clicking the arrows at the top of any column will sort the column: \"bootstrap-sorting\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hover your mouse over the question mark icon, \"bootstrap-infomation-help\", for tooltip pop-ups: \"bootstrap-tooltip\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use the \u201cShow ## entries\u201d drop down menu to show more or less entries: \"bootstrap-show-entries\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you \u201cDisable\u201d a location by accident, or need to recover it, you can \u201cEnable\u201d it using \u201cShow Disabled\u201d:\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
