{"id":73,"date":"2024-08-09T12:09:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-09T20:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/guide\/?p=73"},"modified":"2024-10-06T19:53:49","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T03:53:49","slug":"editing-a-location-in-pva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/guide\/editing-a-location-in-pva\/","title":{"rendered":"Editing a Location in PVA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After a Location has been added for a Patient Visit Assessment it may be necessary to make changes to the questions, spelling, name or just add a note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the process for editing the Location Name, editing, removing, or adding associated Patient Visit (PV) Questions, Discharge Room (DR) Questions, or optional notes or comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must first be signed into the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expand the \u201cPVA \u2013 All\u201d menu\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-6.png\" alt=\"pva-all-navigation-menu\" style=\"width: 200px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cVisit Locations\u201d then \u201cList Locations\u201d\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image.png\" alt=\"pva-location-list\" style=\"width: 200px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cEdit\u201d in the \u201cActions\u201d column for the Location you want to edit\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-7.png\" alt=\"dhcs-actions-edit-delete\" style=\"width: 100px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the Location \u201cName\u201d for any changes needed, edit where applicable\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-8.png\" alt=\"pva-location-name\" style=\"width: 500px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review, edit, or remove questions from the \u201cPatient Visit Questions\u201d as needed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-9.png\" alt=\"pva-location-patient-visit-questions\" style=\"width: 500px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review, edit, or remove questions from the \u201cDischarge Room Questions\u201d as needed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-10.png\" alt=\"pva-location-discharge-room-questions\" style=\"width: 500px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, add or update any \u201cNotes\/Comments\u201d that should appear on the Assessment form\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-11.png\" alt=\"pva-location-notes-comments-questions\" style=\"width: 500px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cUpdate Location\u201d to save the changes\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dhcsystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-12.png\" alt=\"pva-button-update-location\" style=\"width: 200px\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete.
